Elizabeth Gillies is an American actor, singer and songwriter. Her most well-known role is Lucy on the Nickelodeon comedy Victorious and Jade West as Lucy in "13". She began her career in commercials. The Black Donnellys (2007) were her first role on television. She played Jade West from 2010-13 in the Nickelodeon show Victorious. She had a prominent role in FX's 2015-16 comedy Sex & Drugs & Rock & Roll. Elizabeth Egan Gillies' family resides in Haworth, New Jersey, where Gillies was raised. The lead role as the title character in Super 8 earned her recognition at the Hollywood Terrorist Festival in 2011. She then performed her role as the main character in comedy films We Bought a Zoo (2011 and Ginger & Rosa 2012) in addition to playing the role of Princess Aurora in the fantasy film Maleficent (2014 as well as Maleficent Misstress of Evil - Maleficent Mistress of Evil -).
